Residential Living - Coming Soon

At Star State Community, we are excited to announce that residential living is on the way! Designed with the needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in mind, our residential community will provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where individuals can thrive.

Residential Living Designed for Every Level of Independence

At Star State Community, we offer a range of thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartments tailored to meet the unique needs and varying levels of independence of our residents.

Some units feature a kitchenette-style layout, ideal for individuals who benefit from simplified living spaces with essential appliances and support nearby. These units resemble studio or hotel-style settings with compact kitchen areas for basic meal preparation.

Other apartments offer a full kitchen and separated living areas, perfect for residents with a higher level of independence who enjoy cooking, hosting, and managing their space more autonomously.

The type of unit a resident receives is thoughtfully matched to their functional and life skill level, ensuring each individual feels empowered, safe, and supported in their daily living environment.
